Did you know that bergamot is an essential component of Earl Grey tea? With bergamot essential oil, you can enjoy a cup of Earl Grey tea anytime you like! Transform regular tea into Earl Grey in a snap by adding a few drops of bergamot. Remember: when adding essential oils to food and drinks, only a tiny amount is needed. Start with one drop and then add more until you reach the desired flavor.
Dilute 1-2 drops of Bergamot essential oil in a carrier oil (such as coconut or jojoba oil) and apply to problematic skin areas, such as acne, blemishes, or scars. The antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties of Bergamot help purify the skin, reduce imperfections, and balance oil production.
Add 3-4 drops of Bergamot essential oil to a diffuser to create a relaxing and invigorating atmosphere. This use is particularly effective for relieving stress, improving mood, and promoting a sense of calm and emotional well-being.
