Cinnamon is a widely used ingredient in both sweet and savory dishes, baked goods, and hot beverages. Try adding it to your hot chocolate to warm up on chilly days! This warm, spicy essential oil can also be blended with fractionated coconut oil for a warming massage, especially beneficial during the colder months.
Dilute 1-2 drops of cinnamon essential oil in a carrier oil (such as coconut or jojoba oil) and massage onto sore areas to reduce muscle pain, inflammation, and improve circulation. It is especially helpful for treating muscle pain, joint stiffness, and arthritis symptoms.
Add 3-4 drops of cinnamon essential oil to a diffuser to create a warm, stimulating, and comforting atmosphere. It is especially useful during the colder months to boost mood, reduce stress, and purify the air from bacteria and viruses.
Add 1 drop of cinnamon essential oil to an empty capsule, a hot beverage, or a smoothie to support digestion and help regulate blood sugar levels.
Use only diluted. Do not take more than one drop per day. Keep out of reach of children. In case of pregnancy or health issues, consult your doctor.
