During the menstrual cycle, massage 3 to 5 drops onto the abdomen for a relaxing effect.
Dilute 2-3 drops of Clary Sage essential oil in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil (such as jojoba or coconut oil) and gently massage onto the abdomen or pulse points. This can help reduce menopause symptoms, such as hot flashes and mood swings, due to its phytoestrogenic properties.
Add 3-4 drops of Clary Sage essential oil to the diffuser to create a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Its sweet, slightly herbaceous aroma helps reduce stress, anxiety, and promotes a sense of well-being and tranquility, making it ideal for meditation or before bedtime.
