Keep the blend on your bedside table and apply it to your chest, back, and the soles of your feet in the evening to calm your senses.
Dilute 1-2 drops of Air in a tablespoon of carrier oil (such as coconut or sweet almond oil) and apply to the chest or back to help clear the airways and improve breathing. The balsamic and refreshing properties of the essential oil can provide immediate relief.
Add 4-5 drops of Air to the diffuser to improve breath quality and create a refreshing atmosphere. The menthol and balsamic aroma of the blend helps clear the airways, promote deeper breathing, and relax both the body and mind.
Add 1 drop of Air to an empty capsule or a hot beverage (like tea) to support respiratory health.
