Take 1 softgel daily.

After 10 days of using GX Assist, continue with 5 days of PB Assist+ (dōTERRA’s probiotic) to rebalance your gut flora and support your immune system.
3. Drink plenty of water
During use, it is important to hydrate the body well: drink at least 1.5–2 liters of water a day to promote the elimination of toxins.
4. Cycle every 3–4 months
Repeat the cycle every season or as needed, to keep your bowel healthy and promote a feeling of lightness and overall well-being.
5. Avoid during pregnancy, breastfeeding or children
