Essential oils are very potent compared to dried flavors, spices, or other flavoring agents, so a small amount is enough to give your recipes a burst of flavor. The best way to use Marjoram oil in cooking is with a toothpick: dip the tip of a clean toothpick into the bottle of essential oil and then pass it through the ingredients. After mixing the ingredients of your dish with the toothpick, taste to see if you need to add more or if it is enough.
Dilute 2-3 drops of marjoram essential oil in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil (such as coconut or jojoba oil) and gently massage into painful or muscular areas. This use can help reduce inflammation and pain, offering relief for tight muscles and inflamed joints.
Add 3-4 drops of marjoram essential oil to the diffuser before bed. Its calming aroma helps to reduce anxiety and create a relaxing environment, improving sleep quality and promoting a peaceful rest.
Add 1 drop of marjoram essential oil to an empty capsule or cup of warm water (or tea) to support healthy digestion and relieve bloating and abdominal cramps.
Use only diluted. Do not take more than one drop per day. Keep out of reach of children. In case of pregnancy or health issues, consult your doctor. Avoid contact with the eyes, the inside of the ears, the face, sensitive areas and mucous membranes.
