Place your favorite spices and herbs in a dish and add a few drops of doTERRA On Guard for an energizing scent. Especially great during the winter!
Dilute 1-2 drops of On Guard in a tablespoon of carrier oil (such as coconut or jojoba oil) and apply locally to areas of the skin that need protection or have irritation. Its antibacterial and antiseptic properties help keep the skin clean and protected.
Add 4-5 drops of On Guard to the diffuser to purify the air and support the immune system. Its spicy and citrusy aroma not only enhances the environment but also helps create a natural barrier against bacteria and viruses.
Add 1 drop of On Guard to an empty capsule or a warm beverage (such as tea or water) to support the immune system and protect the body from pathogens.
