Topical Use (direct application): In addition to daily use for brushing your teeth, you can apply a small amount to your gums for a soothing and protective massage. It helps maintain healthy gums, reduce irritation, and freshen breath.

ORAL USE: After flossing, apply a small amount of toothpaste to a damp toothbrush. Brush thoroughly but gently in the morning and evening, or after each meal, or as recommended by your doctor or dentist. For optimal results, add 1 drop of dōTERRA On Guard Protective Blend to 236 ml of water and use as a mouthwash. Swish vigorously in your mouth for one minute and rinse.
