To relieve muscle tension and stress: Apply the blend directly to your temples, neck, shoulders, or any other area where you feel tension. Gently massage to promote relaxation and alleviate muscle discomfort. It can also be helpful for easing stress or discomfort from a sedentary job.
As a relaxing treatment after physical activity: After exercise, apply PastTense to areas that may be fatigued, such as legs or back, for a refreshing and soothing effect.
To relax the mind: Diffuse PastTense in a room to promote calmness and reduce environmental stress. This can be helpful during work moments or when you need some mental peace.
For emotional support and relaxation: Inhale directly from the bottle or use a diffuser to breathe in the aroma and enjoy its calming effects, especially if you're feeling tense or overwhelmed.
