Essential oils are much more potent than dried herbs, spices, or other flavoring agents, so only a minimal amount is needed to add an explosion of flavor to your recipes. The best way to use Rosemary essential oil in cooking is with a toothpick: dip the tip of a clean toothpick into the essential oil bottle and then swirl it through your ingredients. After mixing the ingredients of your dish with the toothpick, taste it to determine if more is needed or if it’s sufficient.
